Bath Spa Badminton Club
The Bath Spa Badminton club is run with the intention of providing its members with a venue in which they can not only improve their badminton skills and general fitness but also as a place to socialise with other like minded people.
We now meet every Thursday during the winter season (September through to Easter) at The Royal High School in Bath where we have four courts from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. During the summer months, for those who wish to play all year round, we usually meet at the Sports Centre in Bath.
New to the game?
We all had to start somewhere and new members are always welcome. We aim to provide an environment in whcih all can participate from those looking to improve their skills to those who would like to test themselves in competitive matches.
The club also boasts several members who are qualified coaches and are always willing to pass on their experience to new members.
Experienced?
For those who have played badminton before and wish to extend themeselves then we offer the chance to play in competitive matches. The club has participated in the Bath League since its inception and fields at least one mixed team (4 men and 2 ladies) every year.
